1. GROUP HOME SKILLS TRAINER
This individual care for adults housed in a group home, under supervision of the House Director or his/her relief by developing, implementing, and recording participant progress toward outcomes identified in Individual Program Plans. 2. TRAINING SPECIALIST
This individual monitors progress toward habilitation goals for persons in a workshop setting who have disabilities. 3. DATABASE & FINANCE SPECIALIST
The Database & Financial Specialist (hereafter DFS) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operation of the donor database system, which tracks contributions, donor and prospect information, to ensure accuracy and integrity of the database. Primary duties of the Database & Finance Specialist include tracking and recording cash receipts, gift acknowledgements, accounts payable coding, bank statement reconciliation, preparation of mail list for solicitations and maintenance of the finance and donor database.
