Senior Program Services:

These services are geared towards the older developmentally disabled adult. These individuals are given an opportunity to participate in a day training program, which meets his or her needs as they approach the aging process.

A range of activities are offered, including field trips to local attractions such as the Cummer Gallery, the Jacksonville Landing, monthly visits to a nursing home, menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking and baking, arts and crafts, light exercise, games, learning about current events and health issues, and parties which celebrate birthdays as well as holidays.

All participants in the Senior Program are satisfied and happy that their daily activities are as full and rich as possible.
